Here is a partial review of three upper end camcorders from Sony that includes the compact AX700, the production ready HXR-MC88 (Full HD only), and the higher end Sony PXW-Z90V with all the bells and whistles. Each of these has a specific use and so I delve a little bit into what that could be for various types of people from parents wanting great videos of their kids to pros wanting to freelance with their own camera. All of these cameras feature Sony's 1" sensor which is much larger, gathers more light, and allows for more out of focus backgrounds than other brands.
