Sony Betamax SL-HF950 - Power supply replacement (part 2 of 'applying reverse polarity') 

Here's part 2 of the reverse polarity Sony SL-HF950 Betamax and in this one we're going to replace the failed old power supply with a modern equivalent. We'll be using an XPPower ECF40US12 power supply. These aren't readily available due to the class 2/ class 3 isolation/ earth ground and certain certifications but they really are a great unit to use for these machines.
There will be another video on a much slicker way to install these - this was a bit of a trial run and as a result not as refined as I would have liked!
