Do not abandon existing customers that bought the X900H. So far Sony has: - Released 2 updates to address 4k120 blurriness, and still not adding proper support. Image is not true 4k120. Sony pretends this is fixed. It is NOT fixed. - Not added promised HDMI 2.1 Features like VRR and ALLM 10 months after the release of the X900H. For the new models apparently VRR and ALLM are not available at launch (DO NOT TRUST SONY) - On the past few days Sony is quietly abandoning their promises to bring VRR and ALLM to the X900H, today Sony chat support confirmed it will not support VRR nor ALLM. - eARC is still buggy

I hope to see this awesome visual and audio tech in the next Xperia smartphones, too.

Mais Sony vocês poderiam reformular o logo da empresa de vocês, e tirar as demarcações das letras do logo Sony, e colocar o nome "SONY" com escrita normal sem demarcações nas letras, e colocar o nome com letras maiúsculas da forma que eu escrevi aí, porque é mais simples, mais bonito e discreto e sem chamar tanta atenção o tempo todo, e eu acho que já passou da hora de reformular o logo da empresa de vocês para uma coisa melhor e mais simples e intuitivo. É só minha opinião, eu acharia legal se vocês mudassem o logo e colocasse só "SONY" dessa forma com letra maiúscula, e sem demarcação nas letras, seria muito melhor, parece pouco ou bobagem, mais faz uma grande diferença. E isso renovaria a marca de vocês para melhor! Além de ficar igual a maioria das outras marcas de eletrônicos e de tecnologias, as outras marcas em geral. Seria muito bom!

I have a Sony Bravia and so does my buddy, another model. The two of us would never buy a Sony TV again because of the amount of issues customer service cannot fix. 😑 E.g. -WLAN does not work -Lan connection keeps on strike Remote control inputs are recognized but ignored -Apps do not start -Tone quality very bad -Tv Channels can no longer be sorted ( i worked at start so I know how to do it) - Playback from smartphone sometimes interrupts -continuous change of automatically selected screenmodes (cannot be switched off and briefly turns the screen black I don't know if I have forgotten something, but as I said, my buddy and i have almost the same expirience and the customer support doesn't do anything except: Make factory settings-> Make the latest update-> Make factory settings-> Make the latest update Over and over again. Even if you say that x times it has not worked. And after every message you write them you have to wait 1 day. 😡 Ridiculous

Sony, why won't you make an official statement for the XH90/X900h. We were promised 4k120, VRR and ALLM. 4k120 is borked and you have removed nearly all mentions of these features from the advertising pages for this model. What are you doing? False Advertising. Misleading Products and all of us owners have been left in the dark after spending over £1100/$1200 on a TV that we were PROMISED was going to be fully HDMI 2.1
