SONY HDR-CX405 Camcorder Full Review, I own and Bought this on Ebay Used, do many of our videos on our RU-vid Channel with this Sony Handycam Camcorder camera, and this video / tutorial was done with the Sony CX-405 camcorder bought off of Ebay Used and works great. Many of my Garden videos done here are with this model camera, along with other Sony Cameras, like the DSC HX-300, HX-400 and HX-200 Sony digital cameras.

Thank you so much for 13:55 - 14:55!! You're right--no one on RU-vid had clarified this. My college bought this for us to record student speeches, and this part was driving me bananas. Again, thank you bunches!

Sorry for digging this up but maybe this will help someone. The reason it splits the file is, I assume, due to limitation of file system of those cards. This is to be expected and manual should confirm this. The reason it isn't this way when you plug it via camera, I assume, is because the camera sticks it together for you.

I love your enthusiasm! For an affordable video camera this looks great..did you tweek the footage in post or is this straight out of the camera?...still available new here in the UK...I'm may consider one 😁

No, I do not need to tweek it, the Sony camera is great for what I do here and my garden videos. Many times I use multi cameras, and this Sony CX-405 is so reliable, that if the other shut off, I always have this one that ran great for my backup, thanks, Robbie

I have this camera sinds 2015 and love it, small enough to put in your handbag, do you know it has a spare compartment to put a spare battery in, check out my channel there is a clip how to open this
