Thank you Kelvin. Maybe I'll release a tutorial in the future. I tried to replicate a Kodak Color Negative with a lot of analogue aesthetics like grain, smooth highlight rolloff and halation. Filmconvert was very handy for a part of the grade. ;)

Thanks man! Honestly I think the second base-ISO at 800 is enough for most scenarios. I filmed at f4 on APS-C at ISO 800 and it was okay - quite on the edge but enough. 😎👍🏻

Hi! It’s called a slow shutter effect. Just put your shutter below 1/50 if you shoot in 25 or 24 fps. ;)

Yes I have it. I can send you 1-2 Clips to test. In my opinion the 10Bit Log Footage looks great and has a lot of dynamic range to grade. 😍

You are right. I really pushed the limits with the second dual ISO number 800. Works great.

I used a low shutter. Then you’ll get a blurry image. ;)

Used the Sony 18-105mm f4 and the Sony 16-35 PZ f4 both have the Power Zoom function. :)

I really pushed it in the low light situations over 2nd base ISO 800 and it was usable despite it was extremely dark in some situation and I’ve used only a lens with an aperture of F4. ✌🏻

@@stekrenn I'm really struggling between the fx3 and the fx30, I despise grain when I don't want it, do you think it's avoidable in run and gun situations with the fx30 in EI Cine with F1.8 or should I just go for the fx3?

It’s kind of an abstract story with the theme „where the dream begins and the reality starts“. I choose specific shots to test the cameras capabilities. ;)

I think it is impossible to judge the DR off of a graded image - you really need to do a test using ungraded s-log 3 and a calibrated chart. This has a very filmic look to my eyes...

@@robertaltman222 with all respect lets don't judge DR of any graded look image, including movies, TV shows, clips, etc.

@@user-ob7cj9dh8g clearly one can choose to crush blacks and blow- out highlights as an aesthetic grading choice- so this footage cannot be used to judge DR. There is some spectacularly clean FX30 footage out there- check it out…

Depends strongly on grade. Sony Color Science is already on a very good level. ;)

I’ll take that back, I got the camera and the skin tones are so much better. Their color science definitely improved a lot!

Great to hear. I’ve used only a star-filter to get interesting flares. Added grain with Filmconvert Plugin and experimented with a film-like grading. :)
