So that minor dent on the carrying case is not unusual (the one in the video has it, too). Not a big deal, but mine had the exact same thing, straight out of unboxing, brand new. I think it makes contact with the opposite side of the book-type box during transit, thus the slight dent. Other than this minor issue, the attention to detail, including the packaging is true to Sony tradition... borderline obsessive, in a positive way. 😂
