Hi, one question as PS5 user.. when you change settings with the inzone app, are they pushed to the H9 headset so they are used also on PS5 or are they only used when you connect the headset to the PC?
No. I bought them and there is no settings that save and transfer to the PS5. Pretty crap design unless you plan on using them with PC. I returned mine.
@@radiolotek I am hoping they will update that with an software update soon. This is very disappointing, because the 3D Pulse are great FPS Headset because of the in PS5 EQ Setting
I have tried three separate headsets over the last couple months. Razer Kraken, Blackshark, Corsair Virtuoso XT. All of them had issues I just couldn’t get passed. These seem like they may be an excellent get. I may have to grab these.
Side note for PS5 owners. You can’t change the EQ settings on PS5 ! Only on PC can you utilise those EQ settings in the Hub app. Poor from Sony considering they make both the console and the head phones.
Update, the app does not change settings for PS5. Only PC. Absolutely not worth it unless you're gaming on PC, and there are better choices for the money.
Nice review, quick question, have you tried using any different headphones with the usb dac from the H3? I have a couple of pairs of mi-dfi audiophile headphones that I would love pairing up with that usb dac for my PS5 & laptop!
Inzone H9 It doesn't seem to be durable~ I've only been using it for two days and there is a creaking sound at the knuckles when I rotate the earcups~I'm worried it will only get louder as time goes on~Considering going back....
Looking forward to the comparison of the steelseries nova pro wireless vs H9. I had the nova pros for a week but they really hurt my ears after an hour or two bc of the anc bump inside the ear cups. However, the sound was amazing
I definitely noticed the bump inside the Nova Pro Wireless and found it uncomfortable at times, but I have not had the same issue with the H9 even though it has a similar ANC bump. It's been much more comfortable for me.
Great video! How does the ANC on the Epos H3 Pro Hybrid compare to the H9 I assume Sony's ANC is much better than Epos's ANC but is it a big difference? My only reference for ANC is my WF-1000xm3 earbuds so I'm wondering if the H3 Pro Hybrid would be a step-up from those. The ability to not look like a helicopter pilot in public would be great, so it's a shame that the mic on the H9 is not removable.
Hi, is there no mic test for the H3? Pretty sure audio quality is generally identical between similar priced headsets, but the mic is HEAVILY variable.
These headsets look amazing and I’ve been looking forward to trying these headsets. However, I’m quite disappointed, because it seems like whilst they’re being advertised as a PS5 headset, they’re more PC headsets first. I’m sure they sound really good, but if they sound more on the dark side out of the box, as an FPS gamer on PS5 it will be no use to me as I wouldn’t even be able to adjust the EQ, unless I’m on the PC and I’ve just read online any custom adjustment on the hub cannot be carried over to the PS5
The eq settings from pc are probably saved on the headset for when you use it on ps5 after. That’s how my steelseries 7p eq settings were tweaked for ps5
@@balraj8288 Each company develops their headsets differently. SteelSeries always developed their software to save on headset to use on console as well, but now their latest Sonor software doesn't with Nova Pro Wireless. Astro you can, Razer you can't and most others you can't. Inzone headsets you can't according to a few review sites. We will have to wait and see what other RU-vidrs say in their reviews
I really loved my Arctic Pro Wireless I used to have because it was wireless and its Bluetooth connectivity was excellent, letting me take calls easily while I was gaming. However, I found it uncomfortable because it was too small for my head and I now prefer open-back headphones. I wish the Drop Sennheiser PC38X headset that I now use, came in a wireless version. Why can't someone make an open-back wireless headset with bluetooth like these? I would definitely be in the market for one of those if it sounded as good as my PC38X.
Great review as always! 👍 Does it keep the EQ setting on the headset when you move from a PS5 to PC, or to phone? I usually dial-in settings once and forget about it while jumping from device to device.
