Sony is a tentacle monster🐙 

we call this a business monopoly in the tech industry. Vertical / Horizontal integration, it's legal because it's not a "real monopoly yet" and may never be. Sony as a media company is still too small, as a tech company it's still to small look at it's competitors. Disney, Warner brothers, Naver, Kakao, Tencent, Netflix Sony is tiny, but it does play a big role in the animation industry. Including Kadokawa! Crunchyroll (Sony subsidiary) Bilibili Hidive Netflix iQiyi I don't know the korean & japanese sites. Anime is bigger than sony, (bandai namco, nintendo... etc)
