Excellent video, this helped me fix my Sony LAM-Z03 with the same issue. I was getting BLANK DISC everytime I edited the song names. Now is working perfectly, even with NetMD! thank you.

My pleasure - glad I can share something useful! Yes, I have been "parking" a portable NetMD device next to my PC, but it's nice to have something permanent that I can leave connected!
@lindonmo4066 that's interesting! Since the laser sled that reads the data is lined up on a rail (gearshaft and alignment rail), it may be something with the tray or laser assembly itself since your playback depends on the orientation of the device. I haven't looked into seeing if there's a service menu or not to possibly tune the laser or focus, but I can look into it to see what other possible issues could be causing that.
