Bro i have acer predetor helios 300 ph315-53 one i installing the software suddenly screen freezed after that i restarted the laptop but no screen blank with keyboard light up and fan spinning after some seconds its turned off with power cut sound then restart again now continuosly runing fan with keyboard light up , laptop charging and port also can charge other devices but not connecting with external mouse and keybaord also capslock not working .
