VERRY IMPORTANT NOTE: On the bottom side, where the SONY Logo is. do NOT go deeper than 6mm (about the height of the Sony Logo) If you go any deeper you will damage the Screen connector cable! I'm speaking from experience -.-

Changing the battery of the xz2 is much easier than the battery of the xz2 compact as you do not have to take off the whole motherboard to get the battery underneath , also the battery of the xz2 is not attached to the mother board, it is placed in a metal bracket above the board ..
