I felt that this is so helpful to sleep at night. It reminds me of when I was a kid, I used to go to a vacation house with my family, and we’d all sit by the fireplace and tell stories, play games, roast marshmallows and more. Absolutely recommend this for sleeping at night, 10/10!

Think I have a tension headache from stress and depression and anxiety and I broke down upon someone asking me why I’m stressed. My left side of my brain feels lightheaded and cloudy and lately my muscles have been moving by them self from so much stress. I hope this works but even if it doesnt thankbyou anyway

Try some daily short yoga videos and work on improving your posture to relieve muscle tension and stress. There are herbal supplements, especially ashwagandha, that have helped me to calm down the nervous system and anxiety. You are also probably magnesium deficient if your muscles are twitching. Take care of yourself.
