@@scrambledegg7908 Benny (her brother) literally did vocal production on OOEPUI and her unreleased pop album which was nearly completed. She played these songs (One More Time, Reason Why, etc.) live countless times. These songs are known and have hardly been changed. He is doing what she would’ve wanted. That’s crazy that you know more than her own brother/collaborator though… Maybe if you have nothing of substance to say, don’t say anything.
I never knew about her up until a couple of weeks when I was listening to Kim Petras songs and the song with her. I immediately loved it and it helps me so so so much. Like it was meant for me. It inspires me to be better and help others for no reason. I read her story and I cried. So many people (celebrities and not) love her. She is special and she has left some of herself here so we wouldn't feel so alone. May you sore high and give the heavens something to behold because you've certainly given us more than we deserve. You will always be missed and loved but we will continue to share your legacy. It deserves to be heard.
i'm so grateful for these new songs bc they bring a more vocal centered aproach to sophie songs, but in the last seconds of this track, specifically 3:51 with that almost bird cry sound i felt like listening to her released type of sound. RIP sophie and thank you so much sophie's family
It feels like this could close the album. It feels like closure. The final sonic dispatch from SOPHIE classically distorting into some intangible space. It *makes* you want to cry.
THIS! It is never easy to do a body of work after artist's passing and I can see that he worked really hard on this and with SOPHIE's closest friends and collaborators! Much love for Benny!
Omg this song have been whit me since 2019 🥺,this and spliff in my ear ,I remember asked Bibi on her Instagram lives about the status of the unreleased work whit Sophie and it's finally happened ❤️,the moments in life are really a blessing thank you Sophie for everything, you love through your art 🌌☄️
@@AnnLavaLazuayeah the next track could be burn rubber but it could also possibly be “do you wanna be alive” considering the fact that the whole album will be like a dj set, and in her unsound 2019 set you can also hear the exact same screeching sounds you hear here before “dywba” starts playing
Me lloré todo LPM escuchar un demo filtrado por años y por fin tener la versión oficial es un sueño hecho realidad. Te debo la vida entera madre, donde sea que estés 🙌💜
It's like the only time you can hear her and enjoy her, I feel like the mixing of this one and the one with Kim Petra have too much emphasis on the vocals and non on the instrumental, which is why I don't like either, but Berlin nightmare and One more time are sublime
@@alvaromillan6899 she had such a unique sound and very specific way of mixing that we can totally tell she is not there, and i agree that the instrumentals are very low and watered down, they lack her usual force
“this doesn’t feel sophie at all” I’m sorry but have you guys heard the exhilarate unreleased? it sounds practically the same, but mixed better with added effects that are quintessential sophie. a lot of you are quick to pigeonhole her sound and expect to hear one thing. abrasive loud and heavily experimental. but expect the unexpected because there’s different sides to her music
thank you sophie for taking music to a whole other level… thank you for literally making the best brain and ear candy ever… 🍭🧠 miss you… thank you for inspiring so many amazing people you’re music will live on forever ♾️🌋🧡💋✨🏳️⚧️🌈
I’m so beyond excited for this album. I still can’t believe she’s gone, it still feels like her passing was a glitch in reality. I hadn’t ever been so enthralled/beguiled by another artist, except for maybe Björk during my teen years! Her production was just otherworldly; conceptual without suffocating the excitement/joy. Miss you so much SOPHIE.
Bibi has just got one of the most enchanting voices ever! I keep coming back to this song specifically, it sends me to another world. SOPHIE YOU GENUIS
that deep, wubby synth sounds like a stem from the remix album, specifically on the Infatuation (Twilight Zone) mix, so fucking good im so in love RIP Sophie EDIT: also just found out that this track seems to transition into Berlin Nightmare, do what you want with that info
I'm smiling uncontrollably right now, I'm so happy this album is coming out soon!! From what they've released of it so far I think it's very promising :) Always alive in our hearts 🧡🧡
