I do not question what she has learned. I do question how easy it is to preach about finding yourself when you have the comfort of that name and money associated. You are definitely not looking for the nearest homeless shelter or food bank.

I believe there are 2 types of people in the world, those who know they have suffered a trauma and those who do not. We have all suffered trauma, big Traumas and Little traumas and PTSD happens when you were not cared for after the trauma. I adore Dr. Gabor Maté and a lot of my work is done from his teachings. I love your book, Closer Together Knowing Ourselves, Loving Each Other and I hope you will be recording your conversation on May 9 with Gabor Maté :) Thank you for helping so many, there is a lot of suffering in the world and hurt people hurt people. Justin Trudeau is struggling right now, as his marriage broke up and his political life is under fire. I am not especially a Pierre supporter, but as a human being I understand his struggles. I'd say now is not the right time for Sophie to release her book. She claims to love and respect Justin, but this attention seeking on her part, is only making his life more difficult.

I lived in Canada for about 22 years. I'm in New Zealand now. I don't want to sound mean but I don't like any of the fashion any of these women are wearing. Canadian women dress a certain way. There's better selection in New Zealand or the UK. Sophie looks like she's wearing silk pajamas and the colour is horrid although it doesn't look bad with her skin tone. Just saying........
