Sophie talks about her MCAS journey 

I feel this... been taking antihistamines for 4 days straight, twice daily. Its like a new life. Honestly. Doctors NEED to wake up to so much, but also this condition.

I am in Australia and have been suffering terribly for 3 years. I have finally worked out I have MCAS but same problem here with not being believed- even by specialist immunologists! I too have spent thousands with no answer as yet. Slowly getting to the right people for a diagnosis. We have a support group The Australian Mastocytosis Society TAMS which I've just joined. Support is so essential for this tough tough journey.

Now at 30 years trying for a correct diagnosis in the US.

This won't cure it but may help. Have you tried Magnesium? and you are normal, for you. We are all normal for ourselves and what we live with.
