Loved your reaction! Unchained Melody was the first song I heard Mori sing. I was always reluctant to listen to a cover because it never came close to Bobby Hatfield. When Mori hit the high note and belted, "Your Love", the phrase was so powerful and perfectly interpreted, I broke down emotionally on the spot. This has never happened to me after listening to music for 50 years. With rivers flowing down my face, I remember yelling at the TV, Who is the Girl? It's a moment I will never forget. After watching many more Mori videos, yep, this was another takeover of a timeless song by Morisette. You want to hear Mori deliver that level of emotion throughout an entire song, listen to "She Use to Be Mine".
