rear derailleur from shimano has original pulley wheels that dont comes with bearing, and they are not rolling freely and causing a lot of friction and dirt caught in between. This is the so called "craftsmanship" at places you hardly noticed. Replace them with some OEM china ones with bearings you will see and feel a lot of difference. For those who dont agree, you dont have to believe. The pulley can come very cheap and some slightly higher, but definitely cheaper than the branded ones and they work similiar. My ceramicspeed ones cost me about $SGD300 a pair. This cost abt 50 a pc. You decide.
