Can't have someone beat Nyjah. I don't even know if he could have beat him, I didn't know he even landed it in street league because I hardly watch it. When I do watch it I do see people beat him and get robbed. He does legit win sometime but he also has times where it is handed to him.
@@skaterhugs1147 - Dew Tour actually. It was rigged in Felipe Gustavo's favor to have a Brazilian on the podium. Look up the clip of the last 20 minutes of the comp. It's ridiculously rigged.
Kids, the feeling he got after landing that is far FAR better than any drug known to man. Take it from someone with first hand experience. That was Straight Dope.
The strange thing about this trick is that 99% of the bails look like you have no idea what you are doing and are just flipping/spinning like crazy and hoping your feet somehow magically land back on the board upright.
It's a backside bigspin plus a 180. If you watch closely you'll see he gets the first half almost always, that catch right before the last 180 is the hard part
@@johncarter342 You misread what he wrote bro, he meant you'd feel soreness no matter what age on this many attempts. Don't be so quick to label people idiots, take time to read properly man
Imagine landing this on your first try at a best trick contest on a similar set up, and losing.. And also getting a lower score than someone who did a switch kickflip to nose grind.
Man skateboarding got to be the hardest thing ever. in Hockey you’re goaling a great game your teammates won’t even talk to you, in baseball you’re pitching a great game your teammates won’t even talk to you, in golf and tennis you’re not even allowed to sneeze around players... in skateboarding, you gazelleflip a 10 and you’ve got to handle vintage douches, police officers, pain, rain, sprains, look out for kids, homie’s cams and security guards and keep it all steezy otherwise people will barely count it hahaha...
People who don't understand skateboarding simply have no idea what it takes the dedication the pain the sweat the tears the perseverance just everything man. This amount of attempts for a sick ass trick but all in all every attempt all 13 mins or so was just to get that 3 SECOND CLIP IF HIN LANDING IT!
I remember when Joslin came blazing onto the scene with that b/s 360 kickflip down a set like this and being blown away. Which that is still insane. Now this type of stuff is going down. I always wonder where the limit is but it always seems like it might never come. This was a battle but done so clean it is Amazing!
Imagine if the level of skating like this was around 20 yrs ago. I couldn't imagine that trick of that level possible. We/my crew was decent. But we motivated each other. Nowadays you dont see skaters rolling in packs.
I was getting dizzy had to kinda ff but wow that was amazing. What’s also impressive beside the video game trick he pulled off is how safe he stayed with all his attempts by that I mean he knows exactly how to fall to not get hurt🤙
No worse feeling than finally getting close to a trick and getting kicked out, atleast an injury or snapped deck you can accept but sucks when you get the boot
Anyone keep track of how many times that kid ate shit down a 9 stair. Total respect. Also I've now never been more sure I don't wanna be a pro skater, this video crushed any last remnants of desire to do anything like this haha. It was painful even to watch. But sick though when he did it!
