I mean Sora considering stream time her relax time. (She usually streams just before she goes to bed) If you followed her twitter Sora usually tells us what she would be up to for that day, and depending on the task in a later tweet when she gets home she’ll tell us if she wants to stream or not depending on how tired she is. She is full of energy most of the time so she needs streams to release it if she isn’t working.

It's probably playing with hair. She said she often does that and during streams, this kind of move happens pretty frequently.
