I did your sure challenge combo Lemons vs Sorbet and ending up with Rogue 20. Again your Lemons really really tough session. Your Sorbet ride aka mini Lemons really got me. I was dead after that ride. So Rogue’s sprints I make like tempo. I could not sprint anymore hehe. I like actually the Rogue ride. Maybe I will use it another time. Did this short, intense ride. Then, I found your ab blaster. That was a long 10 minutes. Have to do it again. I could not do some of the exercises. Will keep working on it. Have a good week..

Did sorbet, heatwaves then then Metallica short to finish. All a bit heavy on the climbs ( I love them really!) safe to say the glutes and quads are on fire 😂
