It will be hard for sorcery to scale to MTG levels. All it takes is them over printing, one set on the way there in the game to be "dead." I quit magic three years ago, and now all I play a sorcery, but barrier to entry is so high. Why quit playing magic to pick up a new game... over time hopefully there are more local scenes.
