Great show today lads. I appreciate your passion and fervour about the umpiring Brayden. I laughed when Andrew Dillon (CEO of the AFL) said the umpiring is better than it's ever been. How did he think that was a wise thing to say? That is just asking for the scrutiny on the umpires to intensify! Whether you feel the umpiring is being judged too harshly or not, doubling down like that is just dumb. I agree about Port Adelaide. When Ken Hinkley took over Port Adelaide, they were 14th on the ladder and then he brought them to 7th on the ladder. They were in such a bad state that their CEO Keith Thomas was actually on the verge of bursting into tears when the media asked about how Port Adelaide was going to turn things around, now they are regular finals contender. The difference is night and day in my opinion. In my brutally honest opinion; Port fans can go have a cry. Ken's the best thing that's happened to their club. I feel David Koch is an unsung hero for me too. Everybody piled on Kochie for being elected as a "sydney-based President" (everyone conveniently forgot Eddie McGuire was still President of Collingwood while he resided in Sydney and still managed it). When Kochie took over the club was drowning in debt, that debt has now been reduced significantly by millions. The club has increased it's membership from 35,543 to 64,041 members. The guy has turned this club around, give credit where it's due! I agree about Ben King. It's like with David Mundy at Fremantle. Mundy was tearing up games for the Dockers on a regular basis, but no one here in Melbourne was talking about him. Same story with Ben King.

As an Essendon fan, thanks Brayden. It's telling that the Carlton and Collingwood crowd are coming out and saying we got fucked. I don't care that Geelong may have still run over the top of us, the umps ruined a close game and that shit needs to be called out.
@@G-Money244 While I would be happy if we got a little bit of a square up it's totally not fair on you guys to cop it. Hoping for a good game but that old familiar doom and gloom feeling is sinking in at Bomberland. We don't like playing outside in the cold nighttime of July.
