True, many popular characters change voice actors frequently, and it is a miracle that most of TF2's voice actors are still active in the community! Usually they go like Engineer's VA, who move on to other projects, while a new VA comes in their place.

If not, the your eternal reward would do some major damage to the entire team Also, if it's a perma death thing then spy could immediately go after the long range heros so that the snipers could act with near impunity, with an engi nest right by them for health and ammo Also, with permadeath both sides will be going at things slower, so both sides will be able to gather their strength for things, which is favorable for the mercs since engi's take a while and medics have ubercharge, so every time there's a large scale clash there's going to be an ubercharge or 2
The sapper causes only electromagnetic disruption, therefore it would have the same effect as Sombra's EMP and only disable abilities for 3 seconds. It's also only usable on buildings in the normal gameplay, and can be removed in two swings of an ordinary wrench, it's really not a gamechanger.

About the bot crisis, recently I've ran into several bots that instead of botting for an advantage they are botting to try to get people to click links to child paraphernalia for some reason. I do not know why they are doing this but its messed up, they actively advertise that it is child paraphernalia that they are posting in the game chat repeatedly

TF2 would win, well, all of OW characters have tech whereas tf2 characters are talented. Spy could technically sap every one of them, but merchs are too comical to fight seriously. By sheer number OW takes the cake but when you consider their lore too its obvious that merchs have insane feets.

on the OW cast vs TF2 mercs debate. it really needs to narrow down some more parameters before we can start discussing it. what version of the roster are we running with? the classic roster of OW1, or the final roster of OW1 before OW2? if classic OW roster then that rounds up to 21 the final OW1 roster would be 32 (+1 cause Bob isn't a full character, he's a summon) if we going with the OW2 roster then that rounds up to 41+1 (as of today since Juno is the last character released) Also are we allowing third party bullshit, like Merasmus, HHH, Monoculos and Saxton Hale for the TF2 mercs and Talon, Null sector, Junker Units for OW or are we going strictly with gameplay and no comic bullshitery (like Medic stealing people's souls or Soldier's Neckbreaks) Also are the TF2 mercs running strictly with Stock weapons or they get to use unlocks, and who's running what loadout also are the OW characters running with their current move set or pre-rework move set? What's the fight over? a objective like Payload or Capture point? CTF? or it's a sudden death match? can the Sapper even work on OW's characters? the sapper normally requires the use of the wires to sap something, would those even work ok the futuristic technology of OW?
Sniper has the machinima, and as far as I care sniper has not missed a shot. All im saying is that numbers may work against them, along side with the penetration I dont think any shield will save them
0:12 I think the reason the TF2 community acts against deadlock is because Valve made TF2 first and instead of trying to add on to it they decided to just create something new. All they want is new content (excluding cosmetics and events).
There's like, 5 robot characters, and sappers can be easily broken. Plus, Widowmaker's infrasight would catch both Spies with their pants down since it detects enemies no matter if they're visible or invisible, Spy's disguise kit is holographic so she would just see right through it and shoot him. And it's not like it's unprecedented, the TFC sniper has a cybernetic eye that let him see through Spy, and it wasn't advanced enough to let him see through walls like infrasight.
