Mr. Meridian asked me to get started on the Weber account this morning. This video features an assortment of vintage tax documents, bank statements, stock certificates, hotel receipts--all delightfully old and crinkly. I thumb through files, organize documents, and tally the assets, liabilities, and reimbursements in pencil on a clipboard. Sounds like fun, eh? 🥱

Paper shuffling and writing with a pencil are some of my favorite sounds, and the subject matter (tax preparation) is good too. Before I really knew much about ASMR or the ASMR community and I was looking for videos to help me fall asleep, one of my criteria was that I was looking for things that were really boring, dull, mundane. The classic towel folding, ironing. Tax preparation fits right in. Yes, it's so dull that it puts you to sleep, but also the ordinariness of it, and unhurriedness, is reassuring.

I love this purse. Many years ago, a girl stopped near me to rummage in her purse that was similar to this one. This reminds me of then and the tingles. Thank you for the great video.
