• Ingredients: Satin-like pan-fried flatbread
Dough: 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 350 grams of water (room temperature), and about 2 grams of salt. Those ingredients are enough to make 2 flatbreads. If you want to make more or less than that, please add or reduce the amounts of ingredients according to this proportion, and add more dry flour when it is sticky.
After kneading the dough, relax it for 30 minutes, or put it in the refrigerator compartment and keep it under 3 degrees, and you can make the flatbread the next day.
Preheat the electric baking pan in advance, and bake it on high heat for 5 minutes till both sides get brown. The heat should not be too low, otherwise the flatbread will be hard. Brush some oil on it halfway and turn it over.

這個餅看起來非常容易做,似乎也很吃! 不想做做成這樣大的一張餅,可以做小一點嗎? 沒有電餅鐺,可以用平底鍋刷上薄油烙嗎?
