안녕하세요 오늘은 촉촉한 수플레 팬케이크를 만들어봤습니다. 지난번에 수플레 팬케이크 영상을 올리기는 했는데 보면볼수록 완성작이 마음에 안들어서 이번에 제대로 만들어보려고 다시 도전을 했는데 생각보다 만들기가 너무 까다로워서 나중에는 오기가 생겨 될때까지 하다보니 계란을 2판이나 버려가면서 만들었더라구요..ㅎ 매장에서 판매하는 수플레 팬케이크는 팬도 넓고 균일한 온도로 굽기때문에 반죽이 타거나 덜익을 일이 없기때문에 빵빵하고 이쁘게 나오지만 집에서는 만들기가 살짝 힘들지만 반죽의 농도와 시간 온도만 잘 체크하면서 만든다면 퐁신퐁신하고 촉촉한 수플레 팬케이크를 만드실 수 있을거에요. 또 달달한 수플레 팬케이크엔 짭짤한 가염버터를 듬뿍 올려서 달콤한 메이플 시럽을 듬뿍 뿌려먹으면 단짠단짠의 조합이 기가막히게 죽여줍니다. 여러분들도 달달하고 촉촉한 팬케이크 만들기 꼭 성공하세요! 오늘도 맛있는 하루 되세요😊

Don't mind me I'm just converting this for future use. *3 Large Pancake Puffs* • Conbine in bowl: 2 egg yolks (bird orbs) 1 tsp vanilla 1 tbsp milk 2 tsp cooking oil • Mix well and sift in 2 tbsp flour • In mixer (or in another bowl because those chef biceps are lookin 😘👌): 3 egg whites beaten to soft peaks 10 tsp "sugar" ;) slowly • Add generous kerplop to egg mix to lighten it, then add lightened egg mix back into fluff and fold gently like grandma's fresh-out-the-dryer clothes. • Put lightly buttered pan on low and toasty and divide batter into 3 thicc snow men in pan. • Add 3 tsp water in pan and cover puffs for 5 minutes so yor an cermet wil grow (do this for each side) • Profit

Me: *Reads Title* Brain: I know what you saw but I'm going to read Souffle Icecream anyway.

I made a printable version- Souffle Pancakes 2- yolks 1 Tsp- vanilla extract 1Tbsp- milk 2 Tsp- cooking oil 3 Tbsp- flour 3- whites ¼ Cup- sugar 2 Tbsp- water 1. Whisk egg yolks. Add vanilla extract, milk, and cooking oil and whisk together. Sift flour into the mixture and quickly whisk together. 2. Beat egg whites on high speed. Divide sugar into 3rds and add periodically to the yolk while beating until stiff. 3. Add a large dollop of white mixture to batter and whisk quickly. Afterward, slowly fold in the rest of the yolk mixture into the batter with a rubber spatula. 4. Coat a non-stick pan with oil or butter and set it to low heat (around 250 degrees Fahrenheit). Add batter to the pan thickly using an ice cream scoop or spatula in double stacks (2 scoops per pancake). Divide 1tbsp of water around the empty parts of the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes. 5. Remove lid and use a spatula to carefully turn over each pancake. Add the remaining 1tbsp of water to the pan and cook and replace the lid. Cook for 5 minutes. 6. Place pancakes on a plate and add desired topping (optional).

Now that we’re all in quarantine, this recipe will drastically increase in popularity

For anyone wondering; I have made these before and they’re super good :) I am not too experienced (I will bake for special occasions, maybe once every 1-2 months or so!) and these came out well. Make sure you develop enough gluten when mixing the flour into the egg yolks so the pancakes turn out more stable, and add a pinch of cream of tartar to the egg whites if possible (Also makes it more stable)

For anyone thinking about making this: I made it several times now and it is absolutely delicious!!!! I highly recommend. Few tips: mix the egg whites very thoroughly!!! You want them to be super super stiff in onder to achieve that fluffy thick pancake. Also, when you are mixing the egg yolk mixture with the beaten egg whites, try to mix it with a spatula as soon as you can, (first you will have to mix with a whisk because it is still thin) but if you mix it with a whisk too much it will make the batter thinner!! Anyway, super delicious, worth a try!

My favourite thing about the English translations is that they're translated probably very directly so then you get things like "egg foam" instead of "meringue" and it makes me smile so much. This isn't a bad thing at all, I love that there's an English translation and I love the way it's translated :)

Yours looks so much better than other souffle pancakes! It seems fluffier and firmer than the usual goo/mousse made into a pancake shape which tastes nothing like a pancake.

tried to make this for bfast while being stuck at home bc of the quarantine. i used brown sugar and cinnamon (instead of white sugar and vanilla extract bc we didn't have them at home 🥺) the batter didn't come out as thick as the one in the video, but for a first attempt, i think i was pretty successful! 👩‍🍳

*SOME TIPS* use the smallest pan you have, the one closest to the size of a pancake. Put one scoop first , let it cook for about 2-ish minutes then add another scoop on top.
