not exactly true. They just claim the video and make ad revenue off the editors work. My AMVs are usually autoclaimed within 30 seconds of being posted. They leave it up as long as the editor doesnt claim the song as their own. You see at the bottom of the description the fancy song labeling, thats copywrite claim at work.
When you think about it, you can actually thank it's art style. Soul Eater's animation wasn't actually ahead of it's time. At the time, the "Weird Gothic, but 80s" style wasn't in anime, so it stands out. Then, combine it with Soul Eater's simplistic, but stylish, art and you have a good recipe for easy, but impressive, animation.
I really thought this AMV was very well put together. It especially liked the special effects and the sync and flow of the music to the action in the clips.
its been 10 years, I just thinking about that makes me consider and overthink in a lot of things. When I saw this video for the very first time I was 15 and now with 25 I still love it so much!
going through my favorites playlist on my old channel and getting a big nostalgia hit from it. sad to see a lot of the videos are private, I'll likely never watch those AMVs again
I still remember this from 2009. It's what got me to start really watching AMVs and led to me finding Soul Eater and finding a whole new appreciation for anime. Listened to this so much back then, I'm still easily able to find it. Lol.

This is just amazing like better then amazing phenomenal it's my favorite amv I listed/watched over 200 soul eater amvs just soul eater ones it was also awesome to listen to this on repeat for 7 fricking hours while reading all the soul eater manga I have... twice
So glad you have the name of artist and Song in the video. I was worried at first when I didn't notice it in the description. It simply IRKS me to no end when people don't do that especially when its an awesome song (AND an awesome video as well). I try my best to remember to do this very thing myself in all my videos. There's a couple I did forget but I put the names song(s) /artist(s) in the description. If I don't know either or, I'll say so. ^This is faved. Was thinking of doing a SE amv too
I've seen this entire anime now (am reading past the ending actually) but this amv is what turned me on to the whole thing. VERY nice video really loved it :3
Absolutely amazing AMV. I don't think I've ever seen one with such seamless and well-orchestrated transitions. This was action-packed and absolutely amazing.
The viideo is just good (= meaning both great&cool). Whats amazing is you guys's comments: lightsaber for making no-sense-half-trolled-spamlike-riddle-comments and maka for being able to keep up with him all this time! Hahahah, its just amazing xD This proofs the posibility of individuals getting along together, no matter how long or random the conversation will get! ^_^

This Amv was called Soul Eater Wanted on youtube, but than it got deleted and now I see the same 1, good, finaly someone puts it on RU-vid again, I wanted to see it on youtube again for a LONG time...
It takes place a while before Sid is changed into a zombie, but Maka and the others are still in the EAT! class. The main character is a weapon named Tsugumi who ends up viewing Maka as a role model and adopts her hair style after meeting her once. She also has 2 meisters since she can't choose, Meme and Anya. Throughout it, she encounters Kim and Jackie, helping the Thompson sisters, even Ox. There's a 3rd witch sis, because in Greek Mythology, there's 3. I'll continue in another reply.

Cont of other reply: Tsugumi doesn't know about the 3 witches though, or much less the 3rd and youngest is right there in the school's girl dorm. (Medusa-snake, Arachne-spider, Shaula-scorpion). Medusa's an actual gorgon in myth, but Arachne isn't and Shaula's named was derived from astronomy. Anyway, she makes friends w/ Akane & Clay, upperclassmen. The 2 show up ltr in the main manga, but we haven't seen Tsugumi and the others yet. But 2 understand, u have to read the manga. See 3rd reply
Im too creating now a while Soul Eater AMVs but this day im wondering...About others creations and when i'm half this good AMV maker.. I just want to say your AMV inspirating me to become finer... And that this AMV a really good work. Well done!
good video soul eater is tuff, who ever haven't watched soul eater beacause the funimation channel isnt on cable no more or havent got to watch it you can watch the whole series on netflix.
