Just picked up SC6 after a ~20 year hiatus since SC2. Looking forward to the rest of the series! Subbed! EDIT: wow! This guide is awsome! So much good info-- super excited for the rest of the series! Thank you so much!
Wow. The amount of work/editing that went in to this series is super appreciated. Much respect & subbed right away. Thank you. Haven't played since SC2 on the OG Xbox and needed a refresher after coming from 2d fighters for the past 10+ years.
I've found one exception to Unblockables being slow. Cervantes has a few that come out REAAAAAALLY fast. Though admittedly they are made completely pointless by their specifics; one aims up at an angle, so it can only hit airborne opponents, the other only comes out if the initial attack lands successfully. In both situations, the opponent isn't blocking anyways. But still, those two ARE scaryfast.
@@SaltShakersFGC By the way much of the info in these videos went into a guide I made. You can see the post here: www.reddit.com/r/SoulCalibur/comments/kg19pg/soul_calibur_vi_intro_guide/
Oh lord the effort put into the video and how clear and understandable the information. This video is a gold mine. You deserve more views dude. I am happy I stumbled on your video.
"[The number system] is a fairly common system used for fighting games." I have literally never seen it before in my life, and I've played so many fighting games! The only number system I have seen is the button inputs being referred to with numbers.
I think i know where tekken 8 got the heat system from 😅 No, but seriously, the only real difference between the two is that heat in tekken 8 doesn't pause the round timer. Also, rage arts from tekken 7 seem oddly similar to critical edges in soul calibur... wonder if there is a pattern here.
This is criminally underrated. I actually think it's impossible this only has 16k views. I wish every fighting game had an introductory series like this. Do you think you'll be doing something like this for SF6?
Thank you thank you. The first part of the video with the numbers really help! I have been playing this game for awhile and never knew how to do the combos. But where is K at and G?
Can someone tell me if you can get geralt in 2022 or if he is unlockable in the story at all or is he locked behind preorder forever? Cause I was hoping to buy the game and play as geralt.
