When crushing rocks, there is a chance that poisonous monsters will appear. How should I build tribesman to overcome this? I tried auto farming but my tribesman died immediately after being killed by poisonous monsters.

Lvl 50 fighter, Iron gear and weapons plus bandages for healing. This works for me

Hello! I've set up in the same location that you have, but my tribesman there keeps dying due to miasma/radiation. Any suggestions? I have anti-radiation food and anti-rad mods on his armor but that doesn't seem to be helping.
