The engine's that is came from a Toyota Century, the luxury limousine from Toyota, the actual power from this engine is 320horsepower and 450newtonmeters, that is still be insane for today's standard, 450newtonmeters came from a tiny 5 L V12😎
@@Mrdexan not like the Rolls-Royce use BMW 's V12 and I'll choose always japanese cars, because they are cheap, reliable, very tough and rigid, and beautifully designed
@@crimson6640 haha on cars too ofc. But usually the intakes are designed in a way you cant hear it anyways. Exept for cars like the old lotus v8 turbo…
@@crimson6640 Bikes are awesome dude. A 4 cylinder singing a tune of 14,000 RPM should make any gear head ears perk up. However hes wrong on one thing, you cant hear induction noise through a nice helmet. You're not one of those insecure car guys are ya?
@@losi8ightyew I heard the induction noise on my 600RR and my current RC8R. You don't hear it the whole way. The 8R whistles a bit real low in the revs (cam train noise too is audible around there), and the 600RR would begin howling around 7k when it enters the power band. You hear that noise and you know you're entering warp speed.
This metal part rotating the three rods in the middle of this engine is like a bandmaster moving his stick in front of musicians. Both are given the exact same result: It brings a sweet melody to our ears! By the way, thanks for the likes!
v12 like these ones are knew for his unique sounds and giant smoothness where u can place a coin on this engine and...its will not fall the bad side is his fuel consuption
@Chin Up any rational person who knows how a fucking car works, with a big ass engine like that making a lot of horsepower you're going to need strong engine mounts. I think you're the one that doesn't know what they're talking about .
Those mounts are way too soft, wont be long before they either rip off or shear the studs, i just the hope the gearbox is on the same compound of rubber or bye bye bellhousing, seen it happen too many times with soft “comfort” mounts on and engine with lots of torque
Sounds like a 60s ford f100 with a custom exhaust and the cobra jet special order 454. Kind of but more like a badass alpha ramao with a awsome exhaust of some kind.
Es muy impresionante, pero también te hace entender las ventajas de un motor chico con turbo. Ese v12 es una masa considerable para maniobrar, aún así es fantástico.
Turbos are cheating, just to get more power and be light-weight. Remember, Gordon Murray just made a 3.9L V12 that makes about 650 hp, and weighs easily under 200 lbs. Keith Duckworth said once, and no one has ever said it better than him, "Turbochargers are for people who CAN'T BUILD ENGINES!!".
Sounds nostalgic, so nostalgic.. sounds like my boss's AE101 engine.. back when I was working in southern areas in Japan, my boss brings me to the track in nonworking days.. and he has this AE101 engine swapped.. those cars aren't allowed to be driven in the public road though because they're old
@@laudableplain4282 i’m sure anyone with a century in the US and/or Mexico has fuck you money. it’s a car made for CEO types. the back seat is made for the owner, while they have a driver who drives them around
THIS IS NOT A FERARI 😂 Toyotas 1GZ 5.0 v12 😂😂 All the people quoting Ferrari in the comments have me weak 😂😂 that sound is 100% Japanese engineering 🇯🇵
All the people quoting Ferrari is because it sounds like one, a Ferrari from the 80s. Without those independent throttle bodies that 1gz wouldnt sound like anything
It's a toyota corona with 1gz-fe having ITBs as you can see in the video, and the engine doesn't have any vtec. It does sound like a vtec kicking in but that's mostly due to the loud induction noises from the ITB whenever you full throttle it
Yesssss, raw ITB V12 is the way to go. When you have something that sounds good, it doesn't have to be fast to enjoy it. In fact slower is better for this. I used to daily a 19k rpm 4 banger. F1 all day, enough said.
