Definitely not worth the price tag. No changes in sound and only 1 hp extra.

I think it's just about worthwhile. It's a £500 option here in the UK. Funny enough, I'm seriously thinking about trading my almost new 1250 GS for a new 850 GSA as I just love that little 850 engine! So characterful and surprisingly pleasing to ride. The new 1250 has lost some of it's character with the smoother delivery and increased power. Strange, but true! I've ridden the standard 850GS, but not the 'adventure' version yet.

I have not done this myself but I think you can apply some heat to the pin and maybe you cut it then it just unscrews right out? It's lightly welded in from the factory for emissions reasons.

Hi Adam . Thanks for the video. I’m seriously considering getting this pipe for my f850. Does it really sounds better ? Stronger sound? What about performance ? Did you feel any difference whatsoever? Many thanks and your videos have been helping a lot !

It's an Akrapovic so the fitment and materials are premium. Top Tier in every way. It's also with all of the emissions standards to be legal. I like it a lot. It is not too much louder than stock but it does save some weight which is good. Performance, no noticeable difference.

I disagree. This is a very high quality pipe and it sounds amazing. When riding the bike, it is a much better sounding twin. But there are cheaper alternatives. All depends on what you are looking for and what it's worth.
