Oh thank god . I knew asmr was a joke but it got a little to in depth and I was like oh shit for real, people really do reviews like this ! Well done sir
Hi, thanks for sharing your review! I take you don't necessarily need to have it connected via bluetooth to the mobile the whole time, you can set y specific bpm even without a mobile nearby, am I right?
HI. When you are playing with triplets and 16th notes,, is it difficult to feel them since they are so close together especially at faster speeds can you distinguish the vibrations or do they seem like one continuous vibration?
I don't think it's worth it. I mean $300? I can go to the app store and have a free metronome on my phone. On the tuner side, meh, usually you already have one on your pedal board. If you play acoustic, you can have a tuner on your phone as well. I just don't see how it's worth $300 when my phone literally does everything this does except for having magnets and vibrating on my wrist... I'd probably pay $50 bucks for this
Exactly, it's a great idea, but unfortunately too overpriced. A cheap 30 dollar used pebble can have metronome and calendar features, or just your phone, and a tuner for a pedalboard or clipping on is way less than 50 bucks. If the core was, 100 ish, I might consider it.
Pdtheowl well it has the vibration which is neat for the no noise metronome, and you can get used ones from people that barely used them because they didn't appreciate it at 50/150€
The Core is available starting from $229 and includes a vibrating metronome (700% stronger than phones/other smartwatches), a body strap to wear it on the arm, ankle, chest, etc. - on top it's a contact tuner that works in loud environments (phone doesn't do that), it's a decibel meter but what's special is it automatically alerts you when your hearing takes long term damage, based on WHO guidelines (phone doesn't do that). It also takes smartphone notifications you can read on your wrist and it just looks cool and is a cool watch. So totally appreciate it's not for you but for sure it does a lot more than a phone :P Cheers
If you don't use the metronome it lasted me 4 days just this week while travelling (with some battery left!) Using the metronome literally all day it lasted me about 6-8 hours. Pretty amazing
if you turn off all LED lights and turn on Airplane mode, the battery life will much better i tried this setting in around 80 tempo non-stop and the duration is acceptable if u treat it as a simple watch, the battery is completely not a matter. it lasts around a week, which is much longer then the web page said hope it can help u
