Thanks Andy nice job. Well i have to jump on the bandwagon and say i don't like the glossy design of the case or the earbuds. I do see the crazy value in the product though. I have the OnePlus Buds 3 pro and i think the Liberty 4 Pro's are a close match in performance. Thanks again. 💯🔥🔥🇺🇸
Nice review! Personally the huge shiny case make these a no-go for me. I also don’t find the extra features very compelling; I care the most about sound quality and a compact case. I’m curious, do you have any plans to review the OnePlus Buds Pro 3? I picked these up recently and find that they compare *very* well to the AirPods Pro 2, especially sound quality-wise. I’ve been impressed to say the least.

Yea I agree about the shiny case (and earbuds). Really don’t know what’s up with manufacturers thinking people like this. I’m seeing people saying the same thing about this at other places too. But man, the performance of these makes them hard to overlook if you want something well rounded. Their ANC and tuning is just undeniably good. The overall package and value is hard to ignore. Those OnePlus Buds Pro 3 is another really good pair for the price. I wish I could see the technical data at a place like SoundGuys. They have these L4P measured but have skipped out on OnePlus’ latest releases. I hope they get around to it because I’m not sure there’s much better than these two around this price.
LC3 é inferior ao LDAC, portanto não é muito importante. BLE funciona já em Bluetooth 5.2, Auracast é desnessario para meu uso pois não aprimora a qualidade musical, apenas aumenta a quantidade de transmissões multiplas. Excelente trabalho. Um abraço do Brasil.
By the time I realised I needed the 4 NC for this review, my wife took the buds with her on a trip to Italy, so I didn't have them at hand for a comparison 🙂
No bluetooth 5.4, no LC3 / Auracast, BLE ... But you have to pay almost double the price of the Liberty 4 NC, because the earbuds are shiny and the case has a gimmicky LCD display, pff 🤦🏽♂️ I'm really, really not impressed, but hey, maybe updates will improve things 🤷🏽♂️, because, as it stands, I'm more disappointed than impressed 😮💨 PS: the case is unnecessarily big (like a Bose case 🤧) and shiny 🤢 🚶🏽♂️ 🚶🏽♂️ 🚶🏽♂️
@@rolins3279 Soundcore must have done their research to see what most of their customers want. An average user does not even know what LC3 is at this point I reckon. You and I are of course different and from a technical point of view I can see why you might be disappointed.
@@AndysTechTone The thing is that, even from the point of view of an "average user", these Liberty 4 Pro ($120) are a very bad deal compared to the Liberty 4 NC ($60-$70)
The L4P is rather meant to be a cheap Airpods Pro 2 alternative and if you look at it that way, it makes it a bargain. But again, I completely understand where you come from with the Liberty 4 NC comparison
