They mostly solved it The main pilot in charge practised an incorrect flight route in his flight simulator at home. He then flew the plane on a zig zag strange pAttern just as he did at home. Somebody switched off the electricronics controlling the air pressure. Passengers all died soon after followed by the pilots. Plane was flying to Antarctica with autopilot on until it ran out of fuel and fell into the sea at high speed The only reason this was such a big mystery is because of the failures of the Malaysian government

How difficult is it for authorities to find someone who can identify if it actually is the voices of the two pilots? They have most definitely contacted quite a few relatives and friends of them to discern the private state of both pilots. This is standard when there are few answers in order to rule out any reasons for either one to commit atrocities. Having the right people listen to the recordings is hardly something they skipped during the in depth analysis of the tapes.

for all those people wondering about the changing voices: the F/O and captain can both have the radios at any time in the flight. It's totally normal to switch roles let's say from taxiing on the ground to departure ("you have control"). And even during the flight it's not only one pilot who can talk to the ATC, both can and there's no announcement for that. Also, keep in mind that the audio source / quality changes dramatically during this video, it must be from different sources.

What's actually suspicious is that the pilots didnt read back the frequency transition for ho chi minh tower. Saying "Good night" is a common term of communication but not acknowledging atc instructions, especially when you're transitioning frequencies is dangerous. Also the transponder can only be disabled manually, so the pilots probably did that. The transponder being disabled was the reason MH370 disappeared from the radar. ATC also tried to contact MH370s satellite phone which was still connected to the network, the calls were acknowledged meaning the plane was still alive, but nobody was answering

For all those who are finding it weird that the second half was a different accent and erred a lot. The first half was most likely First Officer Fariq speaking in his Malaysian accent. The one who was erring was Captain Zaharie. Usually, there are two pilots during flights. Captain Zaharie's accent wasn't pure Malaysian like First Officer Fariq's and this is true since videos of him showed he really had this accent. Plus, while flying, pilots usually concentrate on other controls and such hence a possibility why Captain Zaharie erred.

MH370 final radio call was quite abnormal. ATC instructions were not read back. Pilot's family indicate Zaharie's voice was slurred as if he was drunk which suggests pilot hypoxia before contact was lost. Also second to last radio call was unnecessary & out of context. ATC response was not responded to. MH370 suffered from electrical smoke in the MEC (avionics bay) This is reasonably common occurrence in the Boeing 777, with 27 smoke incidents in last 3 years. However Australian signal analysis by DST Group indicates there was a prolonged electrical failure of MH370's Left AC Bus relay from 18:03 UTC to 18:25 UTC (known for certain) which likely began before a missed satellite handshake at 17:37 UTC. On any Boeing 777 if electrical smoke is detected in the MEC the equipment cooling override vent opens automatically allowing depressurization of the Air Conditioning bleed air duct, If that is followed by a significant electrical failure like loss of the Left AC Bus then all power is lost from the PROV valve solenoid and the valve flap is then free to flap open permitting all pressure to escape from the cabin. This fault exists today on all Boeing 777s. Boeing refuses to acknowledge this was the probable cause of hypoxia on MH370. Actually, I think the plane got taken over at 2:10 because that's when the voice changed, not only was it more of an American accent, but they started saying "Malaysian, ehh, 370", when before it was always just a clear, quick "Malaysian 370". The person who supposedly hijacked the plane also said "Malaysian 377" sometime in the recording.

A high jacking is an event that has a reason behind it. E.g attack or someone seeking asylum. If it was a terrorist attack high jacking it would take significant planning / funding- the people who helped do this would want to claim responsibility for this said high jacking! There wouldn’t be silence . I wouldn’t be surprised if the plane went down as a result of either pilot suicide or a fire / loss of oxygen to the pilots..

The last transmission from the plane (1:19) is 12 minutes after the transponder is turned OFF (1:07). No reason given to tower in the following transmissions... The transponder is OFF for 16 minutes from (1:07) and back ON at (2:03). At (1:21) the transponder is turned OFF and never turned back ON. Simultaneously at (1:21) the plan begins to reverse course. At (1:30) Ho Chi Minh control has been unable to hail 370 and requests nearby air traffic to reach out to 370. Nearby pilot tries to hail 370 to which only mumbling and static is heard (mind you 370 is not where ho chi minh expects it to be). Between (2:03 and 2:05) a call back request from Malaysian airlines and several ACARS requests go unanswered. At (2:22) the last primary military radar contact with 370 is made. At (2:25) about 3 minutes after passing out of military radar range a LOGON request is made by the SDU. The only track from this point on is hourly SDU pings to inmarsat satalites. At (7:13) a ground to air call goes unanswered. During the initial turn around the plane increased in altitude enough to cause hypoxia. Later during the flight out of the Malay peninsula 370 joins a European traffic heading and adjust altitude and heading to avoid existing air traffic before turning sharply South. It is a strict policy that cell phones are to be OFF in the cockpit on commercial aircraft. However 30 minutes after the unscheduled turn around over the city of Penang the plane was low enough for the first officers phone to hook to a tower while ON roaming for signal. Out of the 239 passengers and crew only the first officers phone hooked to the tower. Pieces of the plane have been found in reunion, Mauritius, Mozambique, pemba, Tanzania, Mossel bay, Rodrigues island... Analysis shows friction wear pattern on the flaperon indicating a soft intentional landing. Waves at the time in the southern Indian Ocean were around 12 feet.

Good crucial Info. I also read that the Co Pilot was on his final learning flight in the 777 having previously flown 737s and an airbus. He would have been tested individually next flight. He also had a history of breaking the well known aviation laws. In 2011, he let two teenagers into the cockpit for an entire flight. Maybe something happened that day that wasnt his fault, ultimately i think it was the captain mass murder, but we will never really know for sure. Also, adding to the point that it was his final flight of learning, the pilot could have been testing him, leading to a mistake. However, this is unlikely in my opinion as he had 18k of flight time. My only reference is the Helios Airways Flight 522 for any chance of hypoxia that could have been used in the mass murder suicide or the flight that crashed in Islamabad due to the arrogance lf the pilot. Unlikely, but just some information i found

Guys don't be a professional, but I don't care if you suspect something suspicious As a Malaysian, English is not our native language, of course and it's hard to speak English language fluently on a good tempo without using the 'uhh'. Most of us will use that to take time before saying something at some point. This communication was at the wee of night or maybe in the morning before 7 AM. In Malaysia, 12 AM until 6 AM is still very dark without light and we usually sleep on that time. I guess, both pilot and the person in the tower are tired and that makes them say something wrong and use the 'uhh' most of the time. Whatever happen, it had happened a long time ago and all we can do now is to pray for them.

+Black Onyx : Yes, the voices and sound qualities change drastically, several times during this collection of recordings. This is normal and necessary. Airliners talk to *many* different entities during a flight, not just one. They have to talk to at least 3 different entities (clearance, ground, tower), on 3 different radio frequencies, before they can even get off the ground. So a patchwork quilt of recordings -- which any video such as this must, by necessity, be -- is going to have all different sound qualities.

Another weird thought for me is that if the plane descended within cell tower range at any point after something went wrong, then any messages that passengers tried to send out would have been transmitted. Starting at 2:10 the voice and accent suddenly changed significantly, from Asian accent to Western, likely American, and it started struggling to say the flight code correctly. Like the "Malaysian one...err three seven zero!" My new theory is this flight was taken by foreign hijackers. They likely gassed the passenger cabin, went to the below deck disabling the transponder then sneak into the cockpit through the manhole and incapacitated the pilots with substances like nerve agents, gas or chloroform.

For those believing the plane got hijacked at 2:10 due to the change in voice, I highly doubt it wasn't. Here is the reason why I think it wasn't hijacked. It maybe because the pilots switched positions. It is common for pilots to switch roles when contacting ATC. If you have watched the LEMMiNO documentary on MH370, then I am surely certain that in the first part, Fariq Abdul Hamid (the F/O) was the one talking to ATC. at 2:10, I believe they switched so that Zaharie Shah (the captain) was talking. I refuse to believe the plane was hijacked.

Personally, I believe that VVTS, Ho Chi Minh FIR helds a responsbility. If MAS370 didnt contact the Twr, shouldn't Tan Son Nhat immeidately put the flight on 7600? as well contact all nearby traffic to call on MH370, and lastly immediately contact WMKK FIR and Malaysian Airlines. If Ho Chi Minh helded more responsbibility, maybe the Malaysian army can track MH370 in time, since it was clear that MH370 passed Penang and its militry radar. If everyone noticed the non-sense, Malaysian army could've sent the air force to check on the jet and force it to land at Penang and stop the diaster of diving in the Indian ocean.

Many of the subtitles are wrong. In places, this video has ground control, tower, departure control, and regional centers all marked "Tower", even when the audio clearly identifies them as "Ground", etc. Too bad CNN didn't have anyone on-staff who knew anything about aviation; that would have helped.

Not sure how people dont recognize a complete different voice nearing the end of the flight, at the beginning the pilots sounded high pitched with a strong asain accent and at the end he voice is deeper and sounds almost american, what catches my attention most about the accent differences is that in the beginning whenever the pilot says 370 he pronounces the zero as “zido” or “zito” as most asian people would but at the end it’s crystal clear “three seven zeRo” or as an american would pronounce it..

1 minute and 46 seconds after that the plane loses all comms. At this stage of the flight it is just leaving the coastline of Malaysia. Eyewitnesses said their heard a sonic boom/loud bang - and a oil rigger said he saw a plane on fire. 9 fisherman saw a plane on fire flying towards Malaysia. It's entirely possible the 221kg Litihuim batteries in the cargo hold caugth fire, burning the transponders in the hull (near the wheels) thus making it go offline. Also explains several things including increasing altitude to kill the fire, then turning around to the nearest airport to land. Another assumtion is that the landing gears could not come down, meaning a hard landing with fuel, so a sea landing was opted for - which is then why he heads to the Malacca straits (this pilot has 18k hours on the clock) but it's also almost 2 am and he's flying out into the pitch black sea with no lights, not radio, and flying VFR... where they went God only knows..

When you work in aviation for as long as this crew, what to say and what others are saying (atc, other airlines) becomes second nature. Most of the time you are a step ahead of ATC and know what there going to say. Also recordings are usually crap with compression and loss of data ect, It is a little easier for the crew to hear through there head set. So in short....allot of practice.
