I think what makes it so good is how all the extra instruments are incorporated in such a way that they sound like exotic rainforest creatures, calling out to eachother through the trees.

Music for ants has no right to sound this good. The flutes here especially are some of the best parts, 5:43 especially with how good both the low and high notes of the different flutes are. Honestly I’m curious just what specifically inspired the sounds of the leaf cutter soundtrack, cause it kind of drifts away from the classical music and sticks to more of woodwinds.
