Thanks for the review! I have this figure pre-ordered and am looking forward to it. I’m glad they let some reviewers have a go at the sample(s?) a bit ahead of time. Aside from the front skirt flaps, are there any areas that feel delicate or pop off easily? Ravage’s weapons look pretty thin to me

I bet the weathering guy just sees scratches when he's walking home from work. I had Ravage toy when it came out in the 80s it's really pleasing to see it in that amount of detail.

I'm glad Threezero is actually making Bayformers on DLX. Those Bumblebee figures are cool but give a break, Bayformers designs are also awesome! The dlx rotf Optimus sold like water, and after him they'll be making tlk Optimus and Dotm Megatron!

DLX Soundwave uses the same frame as DLX Optimus. I also seem to remember reading that even the CGI model of Soundwave was based of Optimus's CGI model.

With Shockwave as well. Optimus Prime, Soundwave, and Shockwave share the same hands, inner arms, hips, and inner legs. Shockwave also shares some torso parts as Prime. A MOTU-esque convenience for toy manufacturers. That said I now wonder why Threezero skipped on making Shockwave from the Bumblebee movie.

I collect just hot toys, but I saw the bumblebee figure on your video review, and then the optimus prime, and now this. As a collector will this be worth it as far as detailed, to be displayed in a detolf? Or is it to plastic looking next to the hot toys? I know they are completely different things, and I see the beautiful quality in your videos. But is it worth it as far as price, and would it look awesome in a detolf?

Don't worry about the transformable Ravage. He doesn't really transform just folding up to a rectangle to be shoved inside Soundwave. His true alt mode looks more compacted and flat than that

I really want threezero to make shockwave. And Ironhide. For me, my dream would to have optimus, bumblebee, ironhide, soundwave, shockwave, and honestly megatron. ( I know megatron wasn't in the film, but I heard that they did make a design for him because the director originally wanted megatron to be in the film.)

Love the look of this. My only issue is the lack of flexibility in the torso. They could have easily made it a little longer to allow more twisting and bending. Otherwise a beautiful design.

@@JC-tg5xx exactly 👌🏼, if you pay attention, I think optimus, soundwave, and shockwave have the same feet, but soundwave has more armor on them... They are all considered as commanders or leaders. However, Bumblebee, cliffjumper and brawn have another type of feet then those big bots. The seekers have their own style too. So yeah I agree with your point.

One last thing, I really like the Optimus but I think these are much cooler, also thanks for responding, your a relatively big channel and I only have 7subs so getting recenised by huge channels like you makes me feel like I could actually become a good RU-vidr like you, and you probably have better stuff to do so just thanks.
