This incredibly moist and tender keto sour cream blueberry crumb cake will blow your mind. It's studded with fat juicy organic blueberries and scented with lemon zest. I just found this (3 years too late) and it looks sooo good. Gonna make it to take to my sister's for a BBQ/Swimming party. Her husband has gone Keto and I wanted to try a nice, moist, fruit forward dessert and this fits the bill. It looked delicious but was sold when I saw the "It's so good I got frustrated!" You know you have a winner when you get that feeling! 🥰

I made your recipe this afternoon. It came out very nicely and delicious. The only problem I have is getting use to the taste of Monkfruit. Maybe I'll try the recipe again with a different sweetener, and I'll use the same measurements. Thank you very much

I've been making keto/low carb desserts for a long time and this is by far THE best low carb cake I have ever made. If you share it, no one will know this cake has no white sugar in it. Trust me. The only con and time consuming part was trying to measure the ingredients (which were in grams) on the food scale. Measuring in grams and being mathematically disabled was a challenge! The recipe was free, so you have to take the bitter with the sweet, I guess.

I'm making this and it's going in the oven now - I'm SOOO EXCITED for it, but I'm so troubled that you don't respond to anyone regarding carb count or macros - that is a **need to know***. I'm making this for my husband but I'm seriously afraid to eat it except maybe a bite because I don't know what the count is. Found your recipe online before coming here to RU-vid - came here to see if perhaps you'd posted the nutritional info here, but you didn't and you don't respond to anyone's request for the info in *either* place. NO COMPRENDE!! you have to assume you're not answering this question because you haven't taken the time to get it - serious keto people NEED THIS INFORMATION.

xylitol doesn't, and i find that the Lakanto brand is far less cooling than other brands.

If you’re on Keto you’re better off to eat with unsweetened whipped cream instead of Ice Cream!
