Ingredients: Cake: 1 tbsp butter, melted 3 tbsp almond flour ½ tsp baking powder 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 1 egg ½ tsp vanilla extract ½ tsp cinnamon Cinnamon Topping: 1 tbsp cinnamon powder 2 tbsp powdered sweetener Cream cheese frosting: 2 oz cream cheese softened 1 tbsp powdered sweetener 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk Directions: Add butter into mug and melt together in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add eggs and whisk in. Add all of your dry ingredients and mix super well until incorporated Microwave for 90 seconds - It's best for the cake to be slightly wet (you don't want a dry cake) Top with your favorite ice cream or enjoy with a glaze.

This was unexpectedly good. I haven’t had anything like this in months. I used erythritol (that has even less carbs) and I mixed crème fraiche with sweetener and added some almond milk. I think next time I’ll leave out the almond milk as the crème fraiche has the perfect thickness. Thanks a million, Myra!

I read on a similar recipe to put the mixture in a ramekin dish in oven for 15mins. Can't remember the temperature. Quite low. Don't know if that helps.

I put most all ingredients together before realizing I was out of cinnamon, so I used pumpkin pie spice. Who runs out cinnamon?! Actually, not me. I found it when putting back the pie spice. 😂 Turns out great with the pumpkin spice too! Score!❤

I can’t eat many almonds or ingest much of anything almond due to the salicylates or oxalates in almonds. I get a bad headache. This looks wonderful. I’ll substitute something for almonds. Thanks.
Sorghum is a gluten-free grain. It is low histamine, low lectin, and medium oxalate. Most nuts are high in oxalate. Macadamia nuts are low in oxalates.
I made the cinnamon roll but mine didn't come out as good as yours looked. Is the recipe for 1 roll or 2? Mine was not as thick as yours and I did 2 like the video but they still tasted good
So I did this last night, I made it in a round bowl, so it came out like a cookie shape, it was good, what I needed for the cravings since I started my low carb journey las week. it was good, the only thing missing was the swirl with the sugar and cinnamon but it was still good.

Made this morning and divided between two ramekins, as shown in the video. Each one was very flat. Seems like they didn't rise at all. I know my baking powder is good because I used it last night on your 5 minute chocolate cake and that texture was perfect. This one, texture not so great and tasted overly sweet. Would it have been better if I had not divided the batter? Cake last night also a little too sweet for us. I guess we just prefer things a bit less sweet. And I made only 1/2 recipe of ganache, but still had some left over. However, the cake recipe is a keeper!
