This meditation is a source foundation meditation. It is a Quantum Jump, or a controlled day dream. It is looking to change your rhythm. Everybody has a particular rhythm. Try this exercise. Burt Goldman will take you to a place. Each individual has a different place to go to. Do this meditation technique with me, watch the video.

Years ago, before I knew about RU-vid, I bought Burt's Mind Box CD set. It is jam packed with so much info and so many amazing and easy to implement techniques. If it's still out there, I recommend it. Blessings to our American Monk

While doing what he said, I went to my childhood. I started to cry unstoppable and I felt this heat in my body it was stronger my heart was beating fast. I woke up and it felt I was gone for a long time. Now whats next any body knows? This was my first time watching him. Also, when I woke up, my stomach ache and headache went away. THANK YOU

Hello Burt. I am very surprised that i didn't met you before... and after i heard in my head "Teacher will come, when student will be ready", probably this is the moment. I feel happy by meeting you, I love you. I am not sure, if you answering questions here, but i have one, When i try do QJ, i have a problem with visualization, i can't see numbers, never mind a door... but i feel better after that. How can i get to the point of visualization? Thank you very much for what you sharing with us.

so I was there watching me sitting on the bed with tremendous stomach ache but I didn't quite understand ,,,,, then came back and nothing else. English is not my mother language and sometimes I have difficulty understanding Burt, sometimes also the background music bothers me to understand what he says. I couldn't understand the final quickness of meditation. Please someone explain to me; Is this Source Foundation just looking at me in the past with the problem ???? Thank you so much !

You are looking at yourself. When you make it go faster, it heals itself. You see it go very quickly and when it is finished, the energy is no longer the same so it cannot affect you or effect you the same way ever again.

where is the other half of this video that allows us to heal what we saw andhe didn't do that nor did he say whether was to be in this life or a past life. Were we to imagine we move into the body of the person in the scene we saw because he didn't say that. this guy talks too much about other non relevant things. I wish he would just stick to the actual procedure and how to do it. All this time takes time out of our schedules to do

Do you know if QJ could give you the ability to fly?? 'Cause as you said, QJ helps you chase your dreams and it can help you do what you've always wanted to do in life. As silly as it sounds, I've always had the dream of being able to fly! There's nothing I want more then to actually be able to have the ability to fly! Every night when I dream, I'm always able to fly! No matter what!! So once again, do you know if QJ could help you have, or even develop, the ability to fly!!??

Random Blondies my friend flying is most young boys dreams and I’m no different even at the age of 34 it’s still my dream I’ve have hade a great experience threw mediation achieving things I only could have dreamed of . Only found q j and I’m blowing away buy it . Burt is wright what have you got to lose the only thing I can add is don’t look 👀 for anything and you will be giving every thing learn to let go of al wants and swap them out for believers and mix with q j I’m sure we all off to the races Believe this will help

You decided to come here as a human and not a bird for a reason. But that being said, you can still manifest flying in multiple ways, not necessarily growing wings. For example: take a Skydiving course or something of that nature, if that appeals to you. Much luck to you.
