I made this today and it came out beautifully! I've tried numerous recipes that required way too much work. This was easy, the dough was plenty sour and I didn't have to do anything special or weird to it. Tastes great and I will be using your recipe from now on. Thank you!
@@AuntMommyshouse I've done a similar process in my bread machine but mine took a bit more effort. When I put it in the basket, I did let it ferment overnight in the refrigerator for even more flavor. I'm going to use your recipe next time, and follow your steps exactly as you did here. I love sourdough bread, but no longer have the time to make it without the bread machine. Thank you so much for sharing this video!
great recipe, thank you. Question: Are you only letting it rise in the basket for the short time for the oven and DO to preheat? Only like 15 or 20 mins?

Your bread looks absolutely beautiful! Thanks for showing us. I have a question do you need a bread machine that has a sourdough setting? I know you just use the dough setting but I was wondering about the machine if it needs to be for sourdough. Thank you 2:26

Looks fun... and beautiful bread.. Can I ask a question when you use your bread marker to make bread how do you keep from getting a big hole in the bottom from the bread machine?
Thank you! I haven’t found a way to not let it get a big hole when I cook it in the machine😕I try taking the paddle out (if I catch it in time) before the baking starts so the hole isn’t as big.
