Well here is my exceptional sourdough pizza dough recipe with no yeast! Sourdough baking can be challenging, but if you have a nice strong starter, I'm going to walk you through the steps of building structure to our dough to make the most delicious sourdough pizza that you have ever had.
I've compiled this recipe to make sure that we have a pizza dough with a nice big puff, that is full of flavour. One of the things I love about pizza is that there are so many different styles, and I have a favourite recipe for each style of pizza, but this hands down has the most amazing flavour and texture out of any of the doughs I've made. This dough does take a bit of effort and making sure that you follow the steps correctly, a lot more so than a simple basic pizza dough, but the results are so worth it!

Great one. so how do you use the sourdough starter for your NYC recipe instead of yeast ? 20% of the flour ?

That sounds reasonable to me if you have a fresh well fed starter that isn’t too sour.

Is it necessary to keep the dough balls in individual containers near the end? I have a tray in which I rest/prove the dough balls normally and usually directly take the dough balls from there to shape the base etc

Hello! For sure, however I really don’t think they are near as good when they’ve thawed. I prefer to cook them and then reheat. But that’s my preference :)
