Sous-Vide Cooking provides a Salmon or Beef Steak that is Soft and Moist throughout while allowing a cook from Rate to Well done. Sous-Vide cooks by heating and circulating water in the pot to your desired temperature. You place your Steak in a plastic bag and if its not heat sealed clip it to the top of the pot. Your food is cooked evenly to a precise temperature. Sous-Vide can cook almost any meal as long as you have a large enough pot and bag for your food.
After cooking it is customary to sear the steak on a grill or frying-pan for 1 to 3 minutes for a crisp taste and look. At the time of upload I cooked a Salmon and couple Beef Steaks, both meals turned out Excellent. The Sous-Vide I used is called Power Precision Cooker.
