Awesome, thank you so much for the feed back, we love fishing so these type of videos to us are super fun. Give me another reason to go FISHING!!!! YES!!!! I hope more viewers let me know they like it.
I absolutely loved your video showing you guys set out in to the middle of the ocean before dawn and fished so many amazing beautiful fish. Thanks so much. Your video made me think about making a fishing trip to your city one day. Love from L.A.
My husband gave my a Anova sous vide for Christmas. So far I've made sea bass, fillet Mignon, eggs. All were fantastic! I've thoroughly enjoyed watching and learning from your videos! I love the fish videos, make more of them!
Assistimos na Cabana do Pai Tomé aqui na Morada dos Mensageiros da Luz no Brasil !! Eu e o Sr. Izaías adoramos !! Parabéns !! Continue nos agraciando com essas maravilhas !! 👏👏👏👏👏
My husband and I totally enjoyed this video, loved watching the catch and then the prep! This is a method we will be trying very soon- the cooked snapper looks so delicious with that gorgeous sauce over it! We are so amazed at your many mouth watering videos and will be purchasing a sous vide very soon! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing talents!
I love your Channel so much!! Nice part with the catch. You get some beautifull fishes in South Florida. Anyway i like it. Or how you say amaaaaaazing!
This video was great you guys...I am a little jealous that you got to catch all those beautiful fish...but I definitely want to try this at home!! More of these videos would be great!
This was a great video. I like seeing the whole process from catch to eat. I also love seeing someone sous vide fish. Great to learn something new! Keep up the great work!
Loved the sauce. Made a change rather than use sriracha to add some heat to the sauce I used Peri Peri sauce and a splash of red wine. I thought the fish was over cooked, 160 degrees was too hot. Plan to use the juice and some of the zest so that I don't need the extra heat to break down the fruit then cook the fish at a lower temperature. In the end the family enjoyed the meal. Keep up the good work.
This was as important a video as the creme brulee, salmon, turkey and chicken videos were. Honestly....there are some things that just aren't worth the trouble to do in sous vide (vs. the traditional methods). In some cases, sous vide is just the wrong cooking method. After seeing the salmon video, I had given up on the thought of the doing any fish in sous vide. This video changed my mind. Thanks guys!
All your video's are fantastic, educational on Sous Vide cooking and mostly I love the enthusiasm of you and your friends, just a great combination. Keep up the good work. More seafood video's would be great and some more chicken ones too!
I enjoyed the video that included you guys fishing. Nice experience and now my wife wants me to try this fish. Looking forward to see if I can prepare something as nice as Guga.
You guys are awesome. I like how you seem to have a lot of fun cooking and eating all the amazing food. You got me into saus vide cooking as well, so cheers for that. I am about to get another lamb leg going for my in laws. Thanks for all of your videos and the inspiration. What a wonderful hobby this is.
Really enjoyed this video. I liked seeing clips of the whole day's fun (not just the cooking). Can't wait to try this recipe. I'd like to see other 'sea to table' cooking videos. For ideas, Grouper, Cobia or Wahoo recipes would be interesting.
Great video guys, going to try this for my family. I really enjoyed the adventure of catching the fish then preparing them. Nice job as always, keep up the good work.
I use my sous vide all the time and I been using it for years. I have not made any fish with it, as I am not a big fan of fish, besides Sushi. But, you guys have truly convinced me to make Ahi Tuna and now this. I will try out the Tuna this weekend and Snapper next weekend.
Loved the way you prepared and served this fish with the head and the tail. I would like to see you sous vide a Snapper and finish it with a fried crispy skin. I think that would be a winner.
+Stuart Miller thanks. For sure fried skin is the best. But in the office we don't have that option as the smell of fried food will not be acceptable by everyone. Snapper video coming up soon.
I loved this video. I went fishing for the first time in I would say 18-20 years and was so sad I didn't catch not one fish(buffalo n.y) mainly catfish where I live but I spent all day with 3 rods and nothing. I would love to have a boat to go into the lake but we settle for the small rivers. You guys are lucky for living somewhere that's got snapper. Lots of love to u guys I watch every vid and always a thumbs up😀
Please boys more fishing videos, love you guys, only found you on RU-vid a couple of weeks ago but I can’t stop watching your films, so much that I went out & brought a sous vide for myself. I’m from London United Kingdom, wish I could find the Hestan Cue to buy but can’t find it anywhere.
I've been a silent appreciator of this channel for a while! As a Venezuelan, i adore the way you guys cook and the enthusiasm you have for picanha! Really enjoyed this format of video! Take us 'out' more often! haha
Hey Guys, love your channel! It is very addicting. I would also like to see your more often going fishing or on a adventure trip. Great sympatic team, amazing food and always entertaing well! Please keep going. Regards from Germany
Just want to say - you guys have the best sous vide videos. No nonsense just the facts. Love all the tests and comparisons you run. Your production of the videos is AMAZING..lol sounds familiar? Thank you for all the input. Just bought Anova and loving it. With the guidance you guys provide I'll be the best chef in town soon....haha.
This was awesome guys, I know I saw this video late but I really think you should consider doing more. Maybe go hunt some game? Like pheasent, partridge? Maybe try some really "Game" type meat. Love the videos guys, keep up the good work all.
This looks AMAAAZINGGG! Looks great, and love the out and fishing videos, hopefully you can upload more videos like these soon. Keep up the tasty work SVE 👍👍
Gents... I LOVE your vids... please.. keep them coming. I don't know if I have the names right, but Ninja and MawMaw....are awesome support for your series. I love all you guys (from the heart) and can't wait to finish the series.
Great video concept. Do more "specials" from time to time. Fish looks amazing! You're lucky. My family won't eat any fish other than salmon. So jealous
