Afghan cricketers do play 4-day cricket and one-days in domestic A LOT. Our domestic is strong and many youngsters have come up but the problem is hardly anyone gets rightful chance but also because board fears that they might collapse in international because they don't have the experience. Yet some random Karims keep getting chance in T20Is but they never perform. Some who have experience just don't play Test in domestic and biggest problem is that Afghan team doesn't get much test matches in series.
