@@lawson8336 South Africa can't even keep their water treatment facilities operational. They are having difficulty keeping clean water flowing for drinking or irrigation. The power company Eskom is collapsing under corruption and mismanagement and can't keep electricity production consistent. So now the Chinese have entered the party. I seriously doubt they will be using any technology you are referring to to prevent corruption of the water by oil production.
