You get manufactured rugby players with a quarter cup of natural talent who become good players eventually through hard work. Then you get players with 3/4 cup of natural raw talent who become brilliant players. Sacha is a natural talented player with an abundance of natural athlethetism . With hard work and dedication he is always going to rise to the top. Dont blame it on qoutas - the reality is - the Springbok side will eventually consist of white players being mostly fowards and the backline players coloureds and blacks because of their natural athlethetism. Just like you will see at the Olympics this year - in the men 100m final it will be 8 black athletes lining up in the final.
