Great. How many people in South Africa living with HIV still are not on treatment? Treatment prevents illness, death and 100% transmission. Maybe treat everyone living with HIV first and then spend money on millions who have not yet been infected-they will need meds for years to stop a possible infection. Or do both but focus on using treatment to save the lives of people are already infected as this will also prevent transmission since U=U. No brainer.
