I'm glad you understood the song at the end 🫶 It is his shadow that is talking during that part saying that he is also part of who he is and that he should just accept it and never run away. You need to remember that this album is inspired by Carl Jung's theory. Joon represented Persona, Yoongi for Shadow, and Hobi for Ego, but the vocal line's solos also fall in either of these three (like how Jimin's Filter also represents Persona) and of course the other group songs as well. Sooo excited for you to check out this album, this is in my top 5 BTS albums!!! 💜

this is the problem with Jaeguchi lyric vids-- they put them out fast because they're just using the lyrics from the mv and this mv was meant to be a trailer so it's missing the entire 2nd verse unfortunately. It's such a good verse too and makes the song even better.
