Quagmire Davis, BINGO, they ruined this car and it's now FUGLY disgraceful. Less than 2000 still exist today. Only 4 with the supercharged 312 engine and 3 speed manual transmission with overdrive. To put this car back to correct restoration condition, it would cost more than it would be worth when completed. Bucky Dent was good in MLB but not overly bright about classic/vintage vehicles.

I have relative that worked with Ford engine development 57 to 73.. and retired in 77 and took over our family machine Shop started by his great grandfather 1932 ... I have his F code McCullough supercharger manual transmission thunder chicken horsepower actually 340 hp Also w e have 2 F codes need full restoration and a F code Rachero and Fairlane E code thunder chicken 2 x4 carbs both cars are manual transmission both manual transmission birds have 5 peed transmission and upgrade on brakes We drive our cars .. yes I agree with your comment that idiot family going along with this hack job will never get true value from the ruined bird .. This is where my shop makes good money we bring back hack jobs like this .. yes people wake up and realize they fucked up .. and I take on projects That need to bring them back ... you should see my scrap pile with hood wheels and rims and rack and Pinon and LS bullshit engines zo3 etc I use ls engines For target practice so they won't end up in a classic again... currently working on a 66 Chevelle and waiting on few items A healthy 375 396 back in And original type interior ... yes sir I agree 100% with you thanks

All I would have done is gotten rid of the unoriginal chrome on the headlight doors and taillight doors.

The ones done by Amos Minter out of the Dallas area are the nice ones. He's good @ his craft & the best in the biz.

Yeah I have watched his series when it was on cable. Knows how to make money, but does not know much about cars. He once stated that a 289 Studebaker was the same as a Mustang 289. He probably does not know which side of a screwdriver to hold.
