Dosa batter ingredients:
3 cup rice [ chawal ]
1 cup urad daal
Soak it for 4 hours [ 4 ghante k liy bhigo dijiye]
Grind it nicely [ chikna pis lijiye]
Add salt on them mix it well with hand [ namak mila k dono ko hatho se acca mila lijiye]
Keep it for 4 to 5 hours in normal temperature for Fermentation [ 4 se 5 ghanto k liy normal temperature mai bhar rakh dijiye aata phull jayega ]
Tomato chutney ingredients:
2 tbsp oil [ tel ]
1 tsp urad daal
1 tsp gram daal [ chane ka daal ]
7 dry red chilli [ shuki lal mirch ]
2 big size chopped onion [ pyaj ]
12 garlic cloves [ lehsun]
Some curry leaf
3 medium size chopped tomato [ tamatar ]
2 inch ginger [ adrak ka tukda]
Salt as per taste [ namak ]
Tadka ingredients:
1 tsp oil [ tel ]
1/2 tsp mustard seed [ sarso k daane ]
Some curry leaf
3 dry red chilli [ shuki lal mirch ]
